When I click on Download all I get is a blank screen.

You need to save the Nature's Field issue to your hard drive first and open it from there. Right click on where it says download and select Save Target As... Your computer will then ask you if you want to save it and where. Select either your desktop or a folder of your choosing and click save. After it is finished downloading go to your desktop or the folder you chose and open the issue from there.

When I open the Nature's Field I get a message saying that there is a bad, 'CMap/Encoding'

This error is due to using a version of Adobe Acrobat Reader lower than 4.0. The solution is fairly simple. All you need to do is download the latest version of the Reader from Adobe's website, www.adobe.com. Or simply click here to go to the download page.

When you get there, choose your langauge, your operating system, and connection type. You don't need to get the full version and can leave that box unchecked so the download will go faster. Then just click the big red download button. It will then ask you where to save, I suggest the desktop. After it is finished downloading open the file you saved to your desktop and follow the installation instructions from there.

I've downloade the lastest version of Adobe Reader and it's still giving me that stupid, 'CMap/Encoding' error

That's alright no need to fear, we can fix that too. What it means is the older version is still trying to open it, so we need to remove it.

First go to the start menu>settings>control panel. Then open Add/Remove programs, it will open a control panel with a list of all the programs installed on your computer. Fortunately Adobe Acrobat Reader starts with an 'A' so should appear near the top. Select the older version (most likely 3 or something lower) and click the button Remove button at the lower right corner. It will then remove the offending program and that should be the end of that. If for some reason that doesn't fix it, please e-mail me and we'll work it out together.

I can't print the Sunshine Sharing

The fact that you can't print Sunshine Sharing is deliberate. We have disabled printing on the Sunshine Sharing to preserve its value for normal subscribers. If you would like to get a printed copy you might try asking your upline. Or better yet you could order a few bundles for yourself and send out a newsletter to your downline.
